ASA State Relay Championships 2025/26
Welcome to a day of Club vs Club relay competition! We encourage you to play your part in the largest participation event on our SA calendar.

ENTRIES
All entries are organised by clubs.
SAMA will again be coordinating teams in the 2025/26 ASA State Relay Championships, and paying the team entry fees. It is expected that SAMA will again have strong representations in both the track and the field relays.
ASA has made several changes regarding entry conditions, particularly about the field relays:
- Over 35 and Over 50 age categories will apply
- Track relays will consist of 4x100m, 4x200m, 4x400m, Mixed 4 x 400m, 4x800m, Swedish Medley Relay, Distance Medley Relay
- A field relay is a combination of 4 events from the following:
Long Jump, High Jump, Triple Jump, Shot Put, Discus, Javelin - All field teams will comprise two (2) to four (4) athletes with no athlete able to compete in more than two of the four events
- O35 field relay athletes will use the World Masters implement specifications for their age
