No SAMA competition has been organised – instead enter any parkrun and send your results to John Hore. See panel below for more details.
parkrun option
Both runners and walkers may choose to take part in a parkrun of their choice. You are encouraged to wear SAMA uniform.
If you have never done a parkrun, register first with parkrun to get your barcode. Save the email or print off the barcode. Your unique barcode can then be used at any parkrun around the world.
Submit your results to johnhore@gmail.com for collation by SAMA.
