Australian Masters Athletics (AMA) aims to raise $20,600 through the Australian Sports Foundation to support our athletes at two 2027 events: the Oceania Masters Athletics Championships in Christchurch in January and the World Masters Athletics Indoor Championships in Gainesville, USA, in March.

AMA is seeking $20,600 to fund airfares, accommodation and incidental expenses for up to two team managers and one massage therapist at each championship, subject to funding. These people provide practical assistance, help athletes navigate competition requirements and support them throughout the championships.

Every contribution supports lifelong participation in athletics and shows that sporting ambition knows no age limit.
